Dustin Hunter Johnson (born May 22, 1984) is an American professional golfer who has achieved remarkable success on the course. But beyond his impressive career, Dustin Johnson leads a fulfilling personal life marked by family, philanthropy, and diverse interests.
Born in Columbia, South Carolina, Johnson's passion for golf blossomed at a young age, nurtured by his father, Scott, a former professional golfer. Growing up in Myrtle Beach, "DJ," as he's affectionately known, honed his skills on the local courses, eventually leading him to a star-studded college career at Coastal Carolina University.
In 2013, Johnson began dating Paulina Gretzky, daughter of the legendary hockey player Wayne Gretzky. Their relationship quickly blossomed, leading to an engagement in 2013 and a beautiful wedding in April 2022. They are blessed with two sons, Tatum (born 2015) and River (born 2017), who often accompany their parents on the golf course.
