Doug McMillon Short biography
Doug McMillon is an American businessman who has served as the president and CEO of Walmart Inc. since 2014. He joined the company in 1984 as a summer associate and has held various leadership positions, including president and CEO of Sam's Club and Walmart International. Under his leadership, Walmart has focused on e-commerce, sustainability, and social responsibility.
McMillon was born in Memphis, Tennessee, and grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from the University of Tulsa. He is married with two sons and is a born-again Christian.
