Evangeline Lilly Short biography
Nicole Evangeline Lilly, born August 3, 1979, is a Canadian actress and author. Raised in British Columbia, she graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in international relations and was briefly involved in humanitarian work before pursuing acting. Her breakthrough role came as Kate Austen in the hit ABC series "Lost" (2004-2010), for which she received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress in a Drama Series.
