Alex Lawther Short biography
Alex Lawther is an English actor, writer, and director born on May 4, 1995, in Winchester, Hampshire. Raised in Petersfield, he is the youngest of three children of two lawyers. He has dual British and Irish citizenship. Lawther's interest in acting began in childhood as a way to entertain himself. He was educated at Churcher's College, a selective independent school, and later attended the prestigious National Youth Theatre, where he received his only formal acting training. He initially had a place to study history at King's College London but gave it up to pursue acting professionally.
