Jaime Ray Newman is an American actress, producer, and singer. Born on April 2, 1978, in Farmington Hills, Michigan, to Jewish parents, she began performing at age eleven. She is known for her roles in TV series such as General Hospital, Veronica Mars, Eastwick, Stargate Atlantis, Eureka, Red Widow, Mind Games, Wicked City, The Punisher, Major Crimes, The Magicians, Imposters, and The Time Traveler's Wife. Her film credits include Catch Me If You Can and Valley of the Gods. Along with her husband Guy Nattiv, she produced the drama film Skin (2018), for which they won an Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film in 2019. Newman also performed with her own jazz quartet. She married Guy Nattiv on her 34th birthday in 2012 and they have two daughters.
