Isabela Merced, born Isabela Yolanda Moner on July 10, 2001, in Cleveland, Ohio, is an American actress and singer of Peruvian descent. She began her career at a young age, making her Broadway debut at ten in 'Evita' alongside Ricky Martin. Merced gained prominence for her roles in Nickelodeon's '100 Things to Do Before High School' and for voice acting as Kate in 'Dora and Friends: Into the City!'. Her film credits include 'Transformers: The Last Knight', 'Sicario: Day of the Soldado', 'Instant Family', 'Dora and the Lost City of Gold', 'Madame Web', 'Turtles All the Way Down', and 'Alien: Romulus'. She is also set to appear as Dina in 'The Last of Us' season two and as Hawkgirl in 'Superman' (2025). As a singer, she released her debut album 'Stopping Time' in 2015 and an EP 'The Better Half of Me' in 2020. Merced identifies as queer and has openly discussed her struggles with anxiety and polycystic ovary syndrome.
