Miranda Taylor Cosgrove (born May 14, 1993) is an American actress, singer, and television personality. Born in Los Angeles, California, her career began at the age of three when she was discovered by a talent agent. She appeared in numerous television commercials before making her film debut at age ten in the comedy School of Rock. She later attended the University of Southern California, where she studied film and psychology.
