David Giuntoli Short biography
David C. Giuntoli is an American actor born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in June 1980. After graduating from Indiana University Bloomington in 2002, he began his career in 2003 on MTV's reality series Road Rules: South Pacific and The Challenge. He made his acting debut in 2007 with a role in Ghost Whisperer and subsequently appeared in television shows such as Veronica Mars, Nip/Tuck, and Grey's Anatomy. Giuntoli is widely recognized for his leading role as Detective Nick Burkhardt in the NBC fantasy drama series Grimm, which he starred in from 2011. His film credits include Weather Girl (2009), 6 Month Rule, and Caroline and Jackie.
