David Solomon Short biography
David Solomon is an American investment banker, record producer, and DJ. He is the chief executive officer and chairman of Goldman Sachs. Solomon has been with Goldman Sachs since 1999 and has held various leadership positions within the firm, including president and chief operating officer. He is also the co-chair of the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on Financial and Monetary Systems.
In addition to his work at Goldman Sachs, Solomon is a passionate DJ and electronic dance music producer. He performs under the stage name DJ D-Sol and has released several singles and remixes. Solomon is also a board member of the Robin Hood Foundation, a charitable organization that fights poverty in New York City.
