Jim Farley Short biography
Jim Farley is an American business executive who has served as the CEO of Ford Motor Company since 2020. He previously served as the company's president and chief operating officer.
Farley has been credited with leading Ford's transformation into a technology company. He has overseen the development of the company's electric vehicle lineup, as well as its autonomous driving program.
Farley is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Michigan. He began his career at Ford in 1990, and has held a variety of positions within the company.
