Tom Hopper Short biography
Tom Hopper is an English actor born in Coalville, Leicestershire, England on January 14, 1985. He graduated with honors from Rose Bruford College where he studied acting. Hopper gained recognition for his roles as Sir Percival in the television series Merlin (2010-2012), Billy Bones in Black Sails (2014-2017), and Dickon Tarly in Game of Thrones (2017). He is also widely known for his portrayal of Luther Hargreeves in The Umbrella Academy. His film credits include Saxon, Tormented, Cold, Northmen: A Viking Saga, Kill Ratio, and Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City. He has also appeared in TV series such as Casualty, Kingdom, Doctors, Doctor Who, Good Cop, and Barbarians Rising. In 2006, he was voted Expert Choice by The Stage at the Rose Bruford Acting Showcase.
