Joseph Marcell (born August 18, 1948) is a British actor. He was born in Castries, Saint Lucia, but moved to the United Kingdom at the age of nine, settling in South London. He pursued his passion for acting, studying speech and dance at the Central School of Speech and Drama. He is a classically trained actor who has built a distinguished career on both stage and screen.
