Rafael Nadal Parera was born on June 3, 1986, in Manacor, a town on the island of Mallorca in the Balearic Islands, Spain. His parents are Ana María Parera Femenías and Sebastián Nadal Homar. Nadal has one younger sister, María Isabel.
