Born in Torrejón de Ardoz, Spain, in 1967, he has carved a unique path across various industries. Jacobs achieved international fame as Kane, a monstrous character in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), and is currently serving his second term as the Republican Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee.
